Eagle Pose with right leg wrapped
Step back with right leg moving to the back – Crescent Moon
straighten front leg (should be left) – reach hands forward and stretch over front leg – Intense Side Stretch
Return to Crescent Moon
Reach arm as far forward as you can – Extended Triangle
Propel arms to the floor – vinyasa to down dog, repeat on other leg. Then repeat on both legs on more time.
